This category bans numerous tricks such as Manual Superswim and Zombie Hovering (except for Morth Hover), and requires getting main items in their intended order. This is the optimal route for the category. See here for a beginner version of the route which includes easier strategies.

    • Hold back on analog stick right before third hit and hold forward right before fourth sword hits of first two techniques

    • Quick Parry (Activate the Parry the first two frames you can activate it, next one should appear early)

  • Roll up to FoF (Forest of Fairies)
  • Red rupee quickspin in log, sidehop to lure bokoblin (20 Rupees)
  • Bokoblin fight (3 sword hits each, then quickspin), get rupees in grass while bokoblins are dying (20+ Rupees)

  • Roll to grandmas house, jumpslash over fence
  • Climb ladder, backflip down, Hero's Shield, exit house
  • Roll to Tetra and talk, cutscenes

To Dragon Roost Cavern

  • Spawn at Windfall
  • Flower rupees, get rupees up to 80 (80 Rupees)
  • Buy the sail (0 Rupees)

Dragon Roost Cavern

  • Pull blocks, use Bokoblin stick to light torches for Small Key
  • Cutscene skip in main room
  • Pull block out all the way, cross bridge to next room
  • Skip lava platform cutscene and climb ladder to next room
  • Break wooden barricades with Bokoblin sword to get Small Key, backtrack to previous room
  • Get chest storage, chest storage route outside
    • Backtrack to main room, jump across block to locked door
    • Clip past barricade to press switch, or burn barricade normally, to go outside
    • Climb wall outside to bird's nest key, go through locked door
  • Burn barricade in dark room, light torches to open door
  • Cross bridge, get crushed under table in triple Bokoblin room
  • Defeat Bokoblins and climb ladder to next room
  • Take lava platform to 3F
  • Blow up boulder to outside, go up stairs to miniboss
  • Defeat Bokoblins, get storage before Moblin cutscene starts, set wind W with storage strat
  • Skip Medli's text with storage, get Grappling Hook

  • Chest storage route to miniboss
    • Defeat right Boko Baba for bulb and stick, get storage
    • Take stick up bulbs, defeat door flower with stick
    • Drop down and store chest in tree, climb up wall to door
    • Leaf nut for door flower
    • Grapple in main room, climb wall and leaf onto flower
    • Reveal warp pot from on top of flower
    • Leaf and climb wall to highest door, avoid getting crushed
    • Leaf past spiky nuts and go through to miniboss
  • Mothula miniboss, get Boomerang and Savewarp

  • Take warp pot to main room
  • Jump down and to the left, use Boomerang to break door flower
  • Defeat Morths and store Morth pit chest, clip or jump up to backtrack to main room
