When entering the room, hold the bow button and tap it right after to shoot Rolling Bones twice and defeat him.

Moldorm

Items: Feather and Sword

When facing Moldorm, jump towards his head and slash as you're landing. When done perfectly, Moldorm should barely move before he is damaged.
